Upon receipt of working drawings, Cambridge Homes works with numerous sub-contractors and suppliers to reach a single, lump-sum construction proposal.

Cambridge Homes hires and supervises sub-contractors based on the lowest qualified bid, schedule, and understanding of the issued working drawings; we may self-perform portions of the work.

Cambridge Homes project managers and superintendents coordinate all job site activities related to the construction of the project.  The general contracting delivery method usually extends the schedule due to the design/bid/build sequential phasing of the project; however with our expertise knowledge and systems in place we are able to substantially cut the projects time for completion, bringing the project in “On-Time and Within Budg
